Product details
LDG electromagnetic flowmeter

4-20mAOutput on-site display with 4-20mA split wall mounted
Electromagnetic flowmeter model: LDG
Characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeter:
1. Measure the effects of changes in liquid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
2. There are no moving or obstructing components in the measuring pipeline, no pressure loss, no blockage, and it can measure liquids containing fibers, solid particles, and suspended solids.
3. The instrument is sensitive in response and has a wide measurement range. It can measure flow rates of 0.3~10m/S and conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm for all electrical conductors. The range can be arbitrarily selected.
4. The instrument adopts low-frequency three state square wave excitation technology, advanced small signal processing technology, and software technology, with strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy, and stable reliability.
5. The instrument is not affected by the direction of liquid flow and can be measured in both forward and reverse directions. It is easy to install and does not require high requirements for straight pipe sections.
The electrode and lining materials of the electromagnetic flowmeter have excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and a long service life. Electromagnetic flow meters can be produced according to users' special working conditions requirements. Such as producing submersible flow meters.
7. The instrument has good impact resistance and shock resistance.
8. The instrument cannot measure gases and non-conductive liquids.

K1
Nitric acid, sulfuric acid<5% at room temperature, oxalic acid, formic acid, alkaline solution, sulfite seawater under certain pressure, acetic acid and other media have strong corrosion resistance and are used in industrial applications such as petrochemicals, urea, and Vincennes
Hastelloy HB
K2
Has good corrosiveness to all acids below the sensitive point, and is also resistant to corrosion from non oxidizing acid, alkali, and non oxidizing salt solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and organic acids
Hastelloy HC
K3
Capable of withstanding corrosion from nitric acid, mixed acid, or mixed media of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, as well as oxidation salts, or corrosion from hypochlorous acid solutions above room temperature in seawater
titanium
Capable of withstanding corrosion from seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), organic acids, alkalis, etc., but not resistant to corrosion from relatively pure reducing acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid). When the acid contains oxidants (such as nitric acid and media containing Fe, CU ions), corrosion is greatly reduced
tantalum
Has excellent corrosion resistance similar to glass, except for hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, it can withstand almost all chemical media (including hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid below 175 ℃), and does not corrode in alkali
